Bus falls into sinkhole in the road

A driver drove a bus to a bus stop in the city of Guiyang, Guizhou Province on March 10, when it suddenly disappeared into a sinkhole that opened up in the road. The hole grew to more than 20 square meters as the bus nearly arrived at the bus depot. Only the bus driver was injured, and an investigation is underway. Recently, more traffic accidents have occurred in China due to roads collapsing. Sinkholes have frequently appeared on the roads in many cities of China, indicating the severe potential safety hazard on urban roads.
